Amicus Mixed Farm's rabbit keeping project is up and booming. It has been set up in response to a growing demand for rabbit meat in Uganda.

Currently Amicus Mixed farm is setting up its fish farming project. Our project site has permanent sources of water and clay soils (high water retention) which conditions are very necessary for successful fish ponds.

Amicus Mixed farm has also taken on poultry farming as key farm sustainability project. Currently we are keeping free range chickens and ducks on the farm. Our hope is upscale the project to a commercial level.

Amicus Mixed Farm is also keeping cattle on its farm mainly for milk production.

The increasing demand for pork in Kampala and beyond has motivated Amicus Mixed Farm to consider establishing a commercial scale pig farm.

Amicus Mixed Farm's crop husbandry focuses on matooke, pineapples, pawpaws, sweet potatoes, cabbages among others.
